1. Subscription Plans

Nudger Badger offers the following subscription plans:

2.1. All new users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of the service.

2.2. During the trial period, users have access to basic features of the service.

2.3. No payment information or credit card details are required to start or use the free trial.

2.4. The free trial automatically expires after 7 days.

2.5. Users can upgrade to a paid subscription at any time during or after the trial period, at which point payment details will be required.

2.6. Each user is entitled to only one free trial. Multiple accounts created to take advantage of additional free trials are prohibited.

3.1. All subscription plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

3.2. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

3.3. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

3.4. The first charge will occur when you select and purchase a subscription plan.

3.5. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe.

4.1. We accept major credit and debit cards.

4.2. Payment information is securely stored by our payment processor Stripe and not directly by Nudger Badger.

4.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is current and valid.

4.4. If we are unable to charge your payment method, we may suspend your access to the service until payment is successfully processed.

5.1. All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

5.2. Subscription renewal charges are processed on the anniversary date of your subscription.

5.3. We will send you a reminder email before your subscription renews.

6.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

6.2. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

6.3. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period after cancellation.

6.4. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged.

7.1. You may upgrade your subscription at any time. The change will take effect immediately.

7.2. When upgrading, we will prorate the remainder of your current billing cycle and charge you the difference.

7.3. You may downgrade your subscription, which will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

8.1. Once you have chosen and paid for a subscription plan, the payment is final and non-refundable.

9.1. We reserve the right to change the price of our subscription plans at any time.

9.2. If we change the price of your subscription plan, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

9.3. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notification period.

10.1. We reserve the right to terminate your account for violation of our Terms and Conditions or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10.2. In case of account termination, no refund will be provided for any remaining time in your billing cycle.
