Nudger Badger provides habit-building tools and SMS reminder services designed to help users maintain consistent habits. Our Service includes:

• Receiving SMS reminders
• Monitoring habit completion
• Accessing statistics and analytics

4. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Free Trial

5.1. New users receive a 7-day free trial of the Service upon registration.

5.2. No payment information is required to start or use the free trial.

5.3. At the end of the trial period, you will need to choose and subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

5.4. You may cancel your account at any time during the trial period without any obligation to subscribe.

5.5. Each user is eligible for one free trial only. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for free trials and to limit or prohibit free trials in our sole discretion.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1. After your free trial ends, you will need to select a subscription plan and provide payment details to continue using the service.

6.2. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

6.3. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all subscription fees.

6.4. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

6.5. Once a subscription is chosen and payment is processed, all subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6.6. We reserve the right to change our pricing and subscription plans with notice to users.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support.

7.2. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.

7.3. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once processed.

7.4. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

8. SMS Communication

8.1. By providing your phone number and using our Service, you consent to receive SMS messages from us.

8.2. Standard messaging and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's policies.

8.4. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by adjusting your account settings or contacting customer support.

9. Prohibited Conduct

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
